Spinach and Mushroom Saute with Rice and Quorn

Tonight I made an easy, delicious and healthy meal.

I sauteed cremini mushrooms with a little onion and garlic and then added spinach and cooked it until wilted.

Along with it I served brown rice cooked with vegetable broth and a little Tamari.

For some protein I served a couple of grilled Quorn cutlets.
